In addition to Boosting the Immune System, this Wellness Tonic helps to Gently Detoxify the Kidneys, Liver and Lungs. How to use:

Always shake before use. If you do not like the taste, you can add it to your water or juice. The precise dosage a person should take depends on their age and individual needs, but it is best to start with 1/2 tablespoon, once daily and work your way up to 2 full tablespoons up to 2 times per day. Do not to take more than 4 full tablespoons at any time. Not recommended for children under 12 years old.  

Fire cider is shelf stable when stored in a cool dark cabinet out of sunlight. It is not necessary to refrigerate fire cider but you can certainly store it in the fridge if you'd like.
